We only provide Physiotherapy, and we do it right. We are the longest running physiotherapy practice to be established in the Greater Lithgow Region and have been operating since 1983. The practice was opened and operated by Carol Anne Stevens. Our primary goal is not honest to get you pain release but to get you back on track. We aim to bear the community with the superior service possible. Treatment revolves around empowering the individual to trust that there can be change through trivial steps. Joseph has had experience in major teaching hospitals in Sydney and Newcastle in musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatrics and pediatrics which has given him knowledge and skills in effective and evidence based treatment. Joseph came to Lithgow in 2014 and was quickly accepted by all clients due to his caring and professional approach. His key interests are pediatrics, rehabilitation post stroke and chronic pain. He loves coffee, the mountains and music. Active for 24 years as a Physiotherapist in Lithgow Julie has developed a keen interest in providing a precise diagnosis and the treatment of a wide variety of acute as well as chronic conditions. Her key interests include work and sports related injuries and post operative rehabilitation. Julie has a specific interest in providing a professional empathetic approach to men, before and behind prostate cancer surgery, and to women who have incontinence problems. Julie aims to effectively simplify and educate each client using a sociable professional approach. She believes that this helps each client to grasp their condition and then effectively manage and recuperate optimal health and fitness. She loves gardening and listening to classical music. She is also competent as a massage therapist, a Pilates instructor and Feldenkrais practitioner. Susan is fascinated by human movement and aims to assist clients move with more ease and less effort. She believes that an imperative way of overcoming chronic pain is through improved body awareness, which can help sufferers to discover easier and less painful ways moving and living. At the maximum basic level, her aim is to help people to move more and move better! She believes that treatment is most effective when it as a collaborative process, with the physiotherapist and the client busy together to solve a problem. Susan moved to the upper Blue Mountains from Sydney last year, in order to discard more time drawing and painting, gardening and walking, and enjoys occupied in the friendly and accessible knit community of Lithgow.
